Competitive Pay:
Earn $24.00-$29.00+/hr based on your experience level, with room to land at the top of that range.
LOCATION
Sherwood, OR SALARY:
 $24.00 - $29.00+/hr (based on experience)
SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | Temp-to-Hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate CNC lathes and VMC machines Perform 3-axis machining on short-run, high-mix parts Machine mild steel, aluminum, weldments, and cast iron Handle largeponents using jib and overhead cranes Manage precision tooling, fixturing, and machine offsets Read and interpret blues and GD&T specifications Perform tool offsets and hand G-code programming as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and operation; 5 years preferred Proficiency in blue reading and GD&T Experience with Fanuc and/or Haas control panels Ability to perform own setups, tooling changeouts, and fixturing Proficiency in technical math and mechanical concepts; ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, bore micrometers, and height gauges Experience with Mastercam
X8, NC-CAM
7, or similar CAM software is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing shop environment and requires the ability to operate overhead and jib cranes to load and position materials. Work involves standing for extended periods and handling precision tooling and large metalponents throughout the shift.
