We serve:
Space & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics and Commercial Customers. We are Technology Driven including Robotic Machine Loading and Inspection. Our training is for all employees. Our own in-house software developers continually improve the flow of information we need to do our daily jobs
Shift:
Weekday Swing, 4-10's or 5-8's. Other weekday off-shifts may be available. Major Duties and Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and Swiss type machines Set-up and 1st part prove-out Reviews and understand blue prints, Customer specifications and GD&T Perform quality inspection of parts Perform G and M code editing Trouble shooting complex jobs Other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Experience Okuma, Mori NL and Tsugami experience Program lathes (live tooling and Swiss) with Esprit (a plus) Have setup and production experience in close tolerance machined components. Ability to troubleshoot Assess and apply appropriate machining solutions to both new and current manufacturing processes a plus. Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Excellent work ethic and dependability Able to work overtime as required Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Have the ability and willingness to adapt to ever changing production environment. Education and/or Job Experience Have a minimum of 3 years of experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Job Conditions/Physical Requirements Work performed in factory settings. Exposure to manufacturing environment such as noise, dust and the outdoors. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, negotiate a flight of stairs and move about facilities. Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
