Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our manufacturing team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machining equipment to produce precision metal components. Your expertise in CNC machining, manual machining, blueprint interpretation, and measurement tools will ensure the highest quality standards are met. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative manufacturing projects in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experienced in setting up and operating both Manual and CNC machines. Experienced with conversational CNC programming, lathe and mill. (Trak machines). Experienced with G-Code CNC programming. Proficient in use of precision measurement equipment - Calipers, micrometers, test indicators, etc. Able to interpret blueprints to select appropriate machining processes and sequence to create a finished part from stock materials. Capable of specifying tooling required to complete jobs. Experience with machining high alloy materials is preferred (Stainless Steel 304, 316, Inconel 600, 800, Monel 400, Hastelloy C-276) Capable of designing and fabricating custom fixtures when required Capable of working independently or on small teams to complete assigned tasks
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
