Description Responsibilities Set up and operate Manual or CNC Mills and lathes
Program/edit using machine conversational programming.
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Perform offsets, tool changes, and adjustments
Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Maintain production quality and tight tolerances
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
Follow safety and shop procedures Requirements 1+ years CNC milling / lathe experience or strong willingness to learn
Strong programming/editing skills
Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T
Precision measurement proficiency
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand for long periods
