Job Description

CNC Mazak Machinist Location:

Irwin, PA Pay:

$24•32/hour (based on experience)

Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM•3:30 PM, or 3:00 PM•1:30 AM (10-hour shifts) We are hiring an experienced CNC Mazak Machinist to set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC lathes and mills using Mazatrol controls. This CNC Mazak Machinist role offers on-the-job training and long-term career potential with an employee-focused company.

CNC Mazak Machinist Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC machines Program and adjust Mazatrol controls Read blueprints and inspect parts (including first article inspections) Load/unload parts using overhead cranes Perform in-process inspections, deburring, and light maintenance Monitor tooling, verify programs/materials, and complete production paperwork Communicate machine issues and support production flow

CNC Mazak Machinist Requirements:

Proven Mazak CNC machining experience (required) Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances Strong attention to detail and math skills Knowledge of cutting tools and tool life Ability to stand 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Programming experience and manufacturing background a plus Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check What's in It for
