40.0 Responsibilities Perform advanced machine setup, process troubleshooting, and ensure all processes achieve required tolerances Lead process improvements and mentor lower-level employees Hone Koyo Centerless Grind CNC drill operations Troubleshoot mechanical, setup, quality, and process issues Achieve and maintain tolerances below .0005 independently Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve quality issues Train and mentor Machinists 1, 2, and Operators Document and refine setup procedures and standard work instructions Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions Assist with machine repair and preventive maintenance Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards Maintain autonomous maintenance schedule Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years machining experience Expert in precision machining and tolerances below .0005 Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T Leadership and mentoring experience Experience with CNC programming and advanced setup preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
