CNC Mill Machinist Job Description Join our dynamic team as a CNC Mill Machinist in a company that specializes in manufacturing products for the medical device industry and other equipment parts. You will play a crucial role in high-volume production runs, operating 2-4 machines simultaneously. Responsibilities Operate 3-axis Mills including Fidals, Mori Sieki, and Robo-Drills. Conduct machine setups, tooling changes, and minor program adjustments using Fanuc Controls. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ensure work meets tolerances of +/- .0005. Essential Skills 3-5 years or more of milling experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints. Skilled in using micrometers and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with MasterCAM is a plus. Troubleshooting and grinding skills. The position offers first shift hours from 5:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays from 6 am to 12 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Offers benefits through Highmark Blue Shield. Individual and Family plans in network and out of network. Offers a simple IRA with 3% company match. PTO is negotiable. Standard offering is 1.5 days the first year, 1 week after 1 year, and 2 weeks after 3 years. No dental or vision is offered. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Lancaster,PA.
