Level One:
Under direct supervision, level one part finishers complete a number of part finishing tasks such as visual inspection, part cleaning, minor paint touch up, minor assembly, part marking, and part polishing. This role will require basic mechanical aptitude, basic shop math, the use of common hand tools and powered equipment such as part marking and polishing equipment. 0-1YOE Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. In Process Inspection (Visual & Functional, Recording) Set work priority & schedule Perform full machine setups Provide leadership and training to lower level employeesProduction Paperwork/Operation Audit Required Skills:
The ability to read and write English. Basic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements) Advanced Understanding of Machine Function (Setups) Advanced knowledge of tools (Drills, Reams, Taps) Communication Skills (With manufacturing engineers, QA, Closing and Management)Experience & Education:
Typically 2-4 years of recent and relevant work experience or training High School Diploma or GED is expectedWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:
N-Never, O-Occasionally (< 20%), F-Frequently (20%-80%), C-constantly (>80%) Exposure toAdverse Working Conditions:
