Machine & Lathe Operator - Meadville, PA Looking for your next opportunity and ready to put your machining skills to work at a company where quality, focus, and craftsmanship come first? Our clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned shop provides the ideal environment for doing your best work without the noise and commotion of larger plants. What You'll Do
  • Operate and lathes, mills, and related machines (including CNC).
  • Create the set-up to produce parts from blueprints.
  • Inspect parts and components for precision and quality.
  • Work closely with a small, skilled team to meet production goals. Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a machine and lathe operator.
  • Proficiency in operating TRAK lathes and milling machines a plus.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Machinist certification or equivalent experience preferred. Willing to train the right person. Why Join Us
