Our clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned shop provides the ideal environment for doing your best work without the noise and commotion of larger plants. What You'll Do
- Operate and lathes, mills, and related machines (including CNC).
- Create the set-up to produce parts from blueprints.
- Inspect parts and components for precision and quality.
- Work closely with a small, skilled team to meet production goals. Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a machine and lathe operator.
- Proficiency in operating TRAK lathes and milling machines a plus.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
