What you will do:

• Create & Optimize:

• Program CNC machines for new parts, focusing high-precision and complex components. +

• Lead Projects:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance machining operations, reduce waste, and optimize cycle times. +

• Collaborate:

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a timely and successful job completion. +

• Inspect & Improve:

• Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues. +

• Document & Track:

• Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency. +

• Maintain Excellence:

• Support safety, 5S, and quality standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized.

What you will bring:

• Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision. +

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 3-axis programming and operation, a plus. +

• Hands-On Ability:

• Skilled in setup and operation of 3--axis machines. +

• Physical Readiness:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
