Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Build Your Skills. Run the Machines. Make Quality Parts. We're looking for a CNC Machinist / Operator to join a hands-on manufacturing team in Sharon, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor, operating CNC equipment, and taking pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts. You'll work with CNC mills and/or lathes , perform setups and adjustments, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Run CNC programs and make necessary machine adjustments Monitor equipment and production throughout the machining process Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns Maintain accurate production and quality records Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow established safety and quality procedures

What You Bring Required:

High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of CNC machining or machine operation experience Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Basic understanding of machining and mechanical processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Preferred:

3+ years of CNC machining experience CNC setup and/or programming experience Technical or trade school training Forklift and/or overhead crane experience Welding experience or certifications Why Consider This Opportunity? $32-$36/hr. The position may require lifting and working with production equipment throughout the day.
