CNC Machinist

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of machining processes. Duties Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications. Utilize CAD software for designing parts and optimizing machining processes. Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet quality standards. Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production workflows. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. 5 axis experience is preferred Proficiency in operating milling machines and familiarity with Fanuc controls. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of machining processes. Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
