Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Set up, operate, and adjust various types of conventional and CNC machines including lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other precision equipment. Work from detailed drawings and written instructions to create high-quality parts. Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to ensure parts meet specified tolerances. Perform inspections and measurements throughout production to verify conformance to specifications. Assist in machine changeovers and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. What's Needed? Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with CNC machining and programming. Knowledge of CNC operations, programming, and editing. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints. Strong problem-solving skills and basic math proficiency.
