Job Description
Bible's Machining, LLC in Newport, TN is seeking to fill the position of CNC Machinist. At this time, we are looking for a "seasoned" machinist who possess sound self-accountability, and a keen understanding of a quality part. The desired candidate will be capable of programming and setting up one or both of the following machines: Haas Mill and Mazak Lathe. The machinist in this position will be provided with a detailed print and a DXF or STEP file to use for toolpath. A seat of Mastercam will also be provided. This position is a 40 hr per week, daytime position only. Overtime is optional as it is available. We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic. While the primary duties for this position are setup and programming of Haas and Mazak equipment, the ideal candidate will also be capable and willing to run a manual lathe and/or mill at times. Part volumes can range from 1 to 100 pcs. Typical runs are less than 10 pcs with occasional larger volume runs. This is not a "production run" position. Starting pay depending on experience.
