Job Description

Sr. CNC Machinist - Day Shift Now Hiring | Immediate Opportunity This isn't a button-pushing role. We're looking for a true machinist—someone who can walk up to a machine, understand the job, and make it happen. In this role, you'll set up, program, and run your own work, making real-time adjustments and producing precision parts that matter. If you take pride in your craft and value autonomy, you'll fit right in.
Requirements:
5+ years CNC machining experience in a production environment Strong setup and programming experience (lathe and/or mill) Ability to create/edit programs using G-code or conversational controls Manual machining experience (lathes, mills) Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills (calipers, gauges) Problem-solving mindset with ability to make on-the-fly adjustments
Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual equipment Adjust programs to maintain part quality and efficiency Hold tight tolerances and inspect finished parts Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues Support a safe, productive shop environment Experience with Haas, Mazak, Doosan, plasma cutting, CAD/CAM, and multi-spindle machines is a plus.
