FUNCTIONSSet up and operate CNC Mill Properly placing the workpiece in the machines and completing the operations specified on the job travelers.Interpret blueprints and part specifications to select the correct material, tools, and fabrication processesLoad and unload parts, change tools setting offsets, verify part measurements, detect equipment malfunction, detect out-of-tolerance conditionsPerforms operations needed to manufacture complex componentsPerform basic daily maintenance on work centerCommitment to keeping a neat and organized work areaDevelop specifications from simple and complex blueprints, or hand sketch simple parts on paperAdherence to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPEWork overtime to maintain customer requirementsFit parts and hold tolerance to within .0005
