Job Description:

• DAY SHIFT

  7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
• Current location is Buda, TX.

We will be moving to a new location at 6633 Moores Crossing Blvd in Austin in June 2026 pending completion of construction. This position will start in Buda and move to the new location. We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist capable of programming directly at the machine using G-code . This role requires strong setup and troubleshooting skills to produce precision components to tight tolerances. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret complex blueprints, plan machining operations, and complete full setups from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Program CNC lathes at the machine using G-code and/or conversational controls Perform complete setups including tooling, offsets, and part verification Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy Optimize feeds, speeds, and tool paths for quality and efficiency Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

3+ years of CNC lathe machining experience preferred Proficiency in G-code programming and on-machine editing Ability to perform full setups independently Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials Experience using Haas machines is a plus
