Weekend Machinist Crew Location:
1503 Royal Pkwy, TX, 76040 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Weekend Machinist Crew member to join our team at our facility located at 1503 Royal Pkwy, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machining equipment during weekend shifts to ensure production goals are met with high quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate various machining tools and equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines. Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines during weekend shifts. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Qualifications Previous experience as a machinist or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with CNC machines and manual machining equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work weekend shifts. Work Schedule This position requires availability to work weekend shifts.
