Company Overview Serving oil and gas basins throughout the continental US, this company is proud of their high-performance parts and components in all of their artificial lift systems. They are razor focused on good optimization through the use of two advanced artificial lift technologies (gas lift and plunger lift).
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Operating CNC Lathes and Mills to produce a variety of metal components.
Schedule and Pay Rates :
1st
Shift:
6:00 AM- 4:30 PM., Monday- Friday. 2nd
Shift:
3:30 PM-4:00 AM., Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM- 12:00 AM., Friday •2nd Shift Employees must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks• Pay $21-$28 per hour Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. The company also offers paid time off and paid holidays!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, engineering drawings, and work instructions Load raw materials, tooling, and fixtures into machines and verify proper alignment and setup Edit and adjust CNC programs and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and improve cycle times Select and install cutting tools, inserts, drills, and holders based on material and machining requirements Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency Maintain tight tolerances and verify finished parts meet customer and engineering specifications Troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear, and machine malfunctions to minimize downtime Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and coolant checks Document production data, inspection results, and completed work orders accurately Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and production teams to improve machining processes and workflow Maintain organized work areas and ensure tools and materials are properly stored Operate multi-axis CNC equipment including 3-axis, 4-axis, or live-tooling machines Required Skills Background requirements are case-by-case Knowledgeable in CNC 3-5 Axis, CNC Mills, and CNC Lathes 1-2 years of experience High school diploma How to Apply?
