In this CNC Lathe Machinist opportunity in Hitchcock, TX (about 30 minutes southeast of Houston), you'll set up and run a Romi CNC lathe to produce precision hydraulic components with tight tolerances. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Lathe Machinist position include: 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience Experience operating a Romi CNC lathe or similar turning center Proficiency with Fanuc Conversational and Manual Guide controls Strong experience with G-code setup and program editing Experience performing threading operations and maintaining tight I.D. and O.D. tolerances Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Ability to work independently with strong mechanical aptitude Set up and operate the CNC lathe, perform inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting production schedules and quality standards
Salary:
$25-$30/hr +
