• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines.

Candidates must have experience with Mazak machines, Siemens controls, or DMG DMF machines with Heidenhain controls , and be capable of writing, editing, and troubleshooting CNC programs directly at the machine . Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (Mazak, Siemens, Heidenhain preferred) Write, edit, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs at machine controls Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Select tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds for efficient machining Perform machine setups, inspections, and hold tight tolerances Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards Follow shop safety procedures and production requirements Requirements Minimum 3+ years CNC machining experience Experience with one or more: Mazak Machines Siemens Controls Heidenhain Controls (DMG DMF preferred) Ability to write and edit CNC programs on-machine Strong knowledge of: G-Code / M-Code Machine setup & offsets Blueprint reading & GD&T Speeds, feeds, and tooling Experience using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and inspection tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Aerospace, Oil & Gas, or tight-tolerance machining Materials including stainless steel, 4140 alloy, Inconel, and aluminum CAD/CAM programming experience is a plus Join us as a CNC Machinist if you're eager to craft high-quality parts through innovative machining techniques!
