Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate large CNC milling machines according to engineering prints Edit and maintain CNC programs to meet print and quality requirements Machine precision-finished parts and pre-machined components Load and unload parts using overhead cranes and manual methods Collaborate with programming to improve machining processes Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsQualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating large CNC milling machines Ability to read and interpret complex machining and mechanical drawings Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling Proficiency with precision measuring tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityBenefits:
