Night Shift Hours:
Monday-Thursday,4:30 PM-3:00 AM Overtime on Fridays as requiredPay:

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to support our machining and fabrication operations. This position involves setting up, operating, and editing programs on large CNC machines to produce precision machined components. Candidates must be capable of working independently, maintaining print specifications, and ensuring quality throughout the machining process. This is a skilled trade position and not a machine-tending role. The role involves working with large CNC equipment, including multiple 5" - 7" horizontal boring mills, vertical mills, and CNC vertical turning lathes (VTLs) equipped with Fanuc controls, rotary tables, and automatic tool changers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate large CNC machines according to engineering prints Edit and maintain CNC programs to meet print and quality requirements Machine precision-finished parts and pre-machined components Load and unload parts using overhead cranes and manual methods Collaborate with programming to improve machining processes Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience operating large CNC machines Ability to read and interpret complex machining and mechanical drawings Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling Proficiency with precision measuring tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBenefits:
