Manual Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist specializing in turbines and rotating equipment to join our high-volume service center. This role offers versatile scheduling, including a day shift from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM or a swing/night shift ranging from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, with a competitive $4.00 hourly differential provided for all night shift hours. Candidates must be comfortable with the rigorous demands of the power generation industry, which include shifts of 10 to 12 hours and extended work blocks ranging from 10 to 18 consecutive days during peak outage seasons. Our incentive-heavy compensation structure rewards this dedication by offering double-time pay for all hours worked on Sundays and a strategic rotation that typically provides one to two days off following intense 12-, 13-, or 15-day stretches, ensuring your expertise in restoring critical rotating components is both highly valued and exceptionally well-compensated.
