Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on blueprints and CAD designs.

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accurate production of parts.

Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

Troubleshoot machine issues and make program adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve processes.

Skills:

Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code).

Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360).

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Knowledge of machining operations and toolpath strategies.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing.

Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.

Or 3 years of CNC programming experience.
