Pay & Growth:

Scale Your Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00/hr (Based on your trade school progress or certifications).

Premium Shifts:

Earn an extra +$2.00/hr for Swing Shift or +$6.00/hr for Weekend Shifts.

Guaranteed Bonuses:

2.5% guaranteed annual bonus, scaling up to 10%.

Responsibilities:

Precision Operations:

Perform set-ups and operate advanced CNC machinery (Haas, Okuma, DMG Mori).

Technical Execution:

Read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints, applying machine shop math and trigonometry daily.

Quality Control:

Maintain SPC data collection and utilize precision instruments (gages, comparators).

Working hours:

3:00 PM - 1:00

AM Skills:

Current enrollment in or graduation from an accredited Machining/CNC Trade Program. ... Previous exposure to Aerospace manufacturing or high-precision tolerances.
