Job Description

We are looking for career oriented, hardworking and dependable manufacturing professionals to join our production team in Sandston, VA! Propelis is looking for people who can work independently, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and eventually cross train in multiple positions. This is an ENTRY level role that requires
NO EXPERIENCE
in manufacturing
Pay:
$21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift Our company offers competitive benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, short & long term disability.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment, including lathes, to manufacture parts according to specifications. Safely load, unload, and handle heavy cylinders and materials, frequently lifting and moving items Perform lathe setup, operation, and basic adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency. Drain, strip, clean, and prepare tanks containing industrial chemical fluids

Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and/or occasionally move up to 70 lbs. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
