CNC Machinist Auburn, WA $25.00 - $36.00 per hour (DOE) Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines based on blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Work with CNC lathes, grinders, multi-axis mills, and similar equipment Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and machine accessories Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality Identify machining issues and adjust machine settings to maintain tolerance standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support training and mentoring of junior machinists and program participants Model strong work ethic, safety practices, and teamwork Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Experience operating CNC Mills (Haas experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Experience using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills Good communication skills (oral and written) Preferred Qualifications Completion of a CNC training or manufacturing program Aerospace manufacturing experience Experience training or mentoring others in a production environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Optional supplemental insurance benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays 401(k) retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Join the Opportunity #CB #P1 #P2.
