We're a well-established company based on the beautiful Everett waterfront, proud to serve a variety of industries with custom machining and fabrication solutions. As a valued member of our team, you'll operate CNC machines and manual machining equipment to create high-quality metal parts, working closely with our skilled crew to bring unique projects to life. What You'll Do:
Operate CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specs. Select the right cutting tools and measuring instruments for each job. Work with precision and care to ensure parts meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve our processes. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining a plus. Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Skilled in using precision measuring tools. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work. Good problem-solving skills and a team player attitude. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently when needed. Knowledge of machining safety practices. Physical stamina for machining tasks.
