1st Shift Job Description We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our Production team supporting the manufacturing of rods and struts. This is a hands-on role in a precision production environment with opportunities to work across a variety of manual machining processes. Responsibilities Set up and operate core manual machines such as mills, lathes, honing, grinding, presses, and thread rolling equipment Follow drawings and written instructions to produce parts to close tolerances Manually install hardware using provided tools; apply adhesives or grease per BOM requirements Hand-deburr parts to drawing specifications Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools Perform self-inspection and accurately record required production data Verify part finish and overall quality Maintain a clean work area, including machines and parts Perform routine and detailed machine maintenance Qualifications Experience as a Manual Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a production team What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $28/hr and up , depending on experience 1st shift schedule Stable production work with long-term opportunity Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.
