Our Client, a leading manufacturing company in Spokane Valley, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. Compensation for the CNC Machinist- $22 - $28 Per hour DOE
- Monday - Friday

- Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines.
- Perform machine setups for production and prototype work.
- Create and modify basic CNC programs.
- Make machine edits and adjustments as needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, models, and technical specifications, including complex geometries.
- Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manufacture and sharpen cutting tools.
- Operate standard tool room equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements for the CNC Machinist
- Associate degree in Machining Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field; or
- Three (3) years of machining or tool room experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, technical documents, and procedure manuals.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to calculate dimensions, percentages, areas, circumferences, and volumes.
- Understanding of basic algebra and geometry concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining-related problems.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Knowledge of CNC codes, machine setup procedures, and fabrication safety practices.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to load, interpret, and modify CNC programs.
