Whether you're just starting out or have years behind the machine, if you know your way around manual lathes, mills, and grinders, and you're ready to bring your skills to a shop that rewards speed, quality, and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Run manual lathes, mills, and grinders like a pro Tear down, repair, hone, and rebuild precision components Work directly from blueprints, drawings, and micrometer readings Fabricate and fit parts to tight specs, zero excuses Keep your bench clean, your tools sharp, and your work flawless What You Bring Entry-level to experienced machining background welcome A sharp eye for detail and the skill to hold tight tolerances Comfort with manual machining, no CNC hand-holding here Experience with hydraulic or mechanical rebuilds is a plus What's In It For You $22/hr Tools provided - no need to bring your own Temp-to-hire pathway - this is a role built to become permanent Stable, year-round work with a well-established local company
