CNC Machinist (Levels I-III) •Sign-On Bonus•

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus Details Level 1 — $1,500 Level 2 — $2,500 Level 3 — $5,000 Bonus payout schedule: 50% paid on first paycheck Remaining 50% paid after 90 days of continuous employment Overview We are seeking CNC Machinists at multiple skill levels to support precision aerospace manufacturing. This role offers clear advancement opportunities, competitive pay progression, and exposure to complex CNC machining, inspection, and programming environments. Candidates may be hired in at Level 1 (Entry CNC Operator), Level 2 (CNC Machinist), or Level 3 (Advanced CNC Machinist / Junior Programmer) based on experience and demonstrated capability. What You'll Do Responsibilities vary by level but may include: Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment Deburr parts to meet engineering requirements Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments Interpret blueprints, travelers, and AS9100 documentation Conduct in-process and first-article inspections Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) Edit CNC programs at the control (higher levels) Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues Maintain 5S, FOD control, and safe work practices Support training and mentoring of lower-level machinists (Level 2-3) Skill Levels & Pay Level 1 — CNC Operator (Entry): $24+/hr + $1,500 sign-on bonus Level 2 —
CNC Machinist:
$29+/hr + $2,500 sign-on bonus Level 3 — Advanced CNC Machinist /
Junior Programmer:
$35+/hr + $5,000 sign-on bonus (Level placement determined during hiring process) Required Qualifications Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints Experience using precision measuring tools (level-dependent) Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Why Join Us?
