Overview:

Join a clean, organized, climate-controlled shop where precision matters. In this hands-on role, you'll run our Multicam Apex3R CNC Router and other shop tools to create durable metal and plastic nameplates for industrial clients. We're a small, growing company where your attention to detail and problem-solving mindset make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Router to cut daily orders
• Use small hydraulic shear, laminator, and hand tools
• Use EZ Suite Software and machine interface
• Load materials, monitor cuts, and troubleshoot as needed
• Read blueprints and customer specs to ensure accurate output
• Perform light maintenance and follow safety protocols
• Document production data and quality checks
• Communicate with the team and adapt to shifting priorities
• Clean, deburr, file and finish parts after routing
• Maintain a tidy work area and keep our machines pristine

Requirements:

• Technical degree or training in CNC or related field preferred
• 1+ year CNC machine experience
• Mechanically inclined with strong computer and troubleshooting skills
• Able to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking
• U.

S. Citizenship required (due to government contract compliance)

Work Environment:

• Light industrial setting with eye protection provided
• No steel toes required—just closed-toe shoes
• Temperature-controlled shop with ongoing continuous improvement efforts

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and tools
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
• Good vision (corrective lenses acceptable) for close-up work and detail inspection
