This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Perform machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, speeds, and feeds. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Enter, edit, and troubleshoot G-code and M-code as needed. Machine parts to specified dimensions and tight tolerances. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and production requirements. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues. Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area. Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes. Follow all company safety, quality, and 5S procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes. CNC setup experience strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of G-code and M-code. Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers. Understanding of machining tolerances, tooling, speeds, and feeds. HMC/Horizontal Machining Center experience is a plus. Manual machining experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. High school diploma or GED required; technical or machining education is a plus. CIV123

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
