Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Mill Machinist in Neenah, WI! Schedule for1st Shift is Monday-Thursday.5:00 am-3:00 pm 4-Day Work Week. The 2nd Shift is Monday-Wednesday 3:00 pm-3:00 am and Thursday 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. 4-Day Work Week. Pay rate is $25-$38/hr + $2 second shift bonus | Overtime Available. A growing machining company in Neenah is looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong mill machining experience. Direct hire! If you're a skilled CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and hold tight tolerances without being micromanaged, this is a great position for you. This employer is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a stable, well-run operation that values precision, consistency, and accountability. This is not an operator role. We're looking for a true setup machinist. What You'll Do Set up and run CNC Mills Load, edit, and troubleshoot G & M code programs Set tooling, offsets, fixtures, and work holding Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Hold tight tolerances and produce to print Make adjustments independently to maintain quality Why This Shop 4-day work week Air-conditioned facility Profit sharing Simple IRA with 3% match Full benefits Clean, organized environment !
