What You'll Do As our 2nd Shift Lead CNC Machinist, you'll help keep the shop running smoothly while working alongside your team.
You'll:
Lead and support a team of 4-6 machinists throughout the shift Jump in to solve machining challenges, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving Perform machine setups, prove-outs, and assist with complex jobs Coach and mentor team members while promoting a positive work environment Work closely with Programming, Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure success Help improve processes, efficiency, and quality Promote safety, organization, and accountability throughout the shop This is a true working leadership position you'll be making parts, solving problems, and helping your team succeed every day.
