Oshkosh Marine Supply Co. Located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, OMS Precision Machining has excelled at providing precision machined parts and components with the highest level of both service and quality for over 100 years. Working with all grades of steel (carbon, alloys and stainless), aluminum, copper, brass, exotic metals and plastics. OMS strives to provide high quality CNC Turning and Milling as well as complimentary services such as grinding and our proprietary nylon powder coating process. To complete the job, OMS provides all common secondary operations such as heat treating, plating, anodizing and painting. OMS customers range from shops of two or three people to large Fortune 500 companies. Quantities of parts produced may be one or two, as for machine repair or prototype evaluation, to tens of thousands for high production. Whatever the industry, whatever the need, OMS Precision Machining will deliver the precision components you need-on time, and on budget!

Fridays Specific Job Functions:
CNC program editing Setup and operation of CNC machine tools Part inspection Instruct operators on procedures after setup
Knowledge of:
CNC Machine tools and processes Cutting tools Quality inspection equipment Skilled in: Setup and operation of CNC machine tools G-Code programming and editing Tooling speeds and feeds Blueprint reading and GD&T Ability to: Work independently and as a team Keep your machine and work area tidy throughout your shift Produce parts to blueprint specifications
Education and Experience:
Technical degree in the CNC manufacturing field and/or minimum 2+ years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment •The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed by the employee in this role.
