Machinist (2 years experience preferred) E9688 County Road B, Sauk City, WI 53583 Full-time Full-time Fair Valley Performance has an immediate job opening for a full time Experienced Machinist Our unique business CAD designs, custom machines, and builds custom fuel injection components for the truck and tractor pulling market. This includes high performance injection pumps, injectors, injection lines, and turbochargers as well as fuel supply and water injection systems. Our entire facility is kept clean, well lit, air conditioned in the summer, in-floor heat in the winter, to provide a comfortable working environment. We build up, service, and repair diesel fuel injection pumps, injectors, and turbos, for high performance fuel systems for the tractor and truck pulling market. We have customers throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. This position will start out working directly with and be trained by our current Machinists until fluent in all aspects of our operation.

Daily activities will include:

Operating both manual and CNC mills and lathes Operating CNC EDM wire machine and hole poppers Operating surface grinder Extracting broken bolts Use of tap and dies Performing routine maintenance on machines Aid in research and development improving existing products and creating new products Aid in creating new machine codes and parts numbers

Full-time Hourly starting wage will be based on skill level and work experience Review after 90 days of employment and annual reviews thereafter

Full Uniform Schedule:

No weekends 9 hour daytime shift Overtime pay over 40 hours Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:30pm 45 hours per week

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum of 2 years of experience Experience operating manual and CNC mills and lathes Ability to fabricate parts with hand tools (Grinders, Drill, Files, etc.) Ability to extract broken bolts, tap holes, install helicoils Ability to weld steel and aluminum a plus Proficient in basic math principles and making calculations and measurements Experience with Microsoft outlook, Excel, and Word a plus Agriculture and Diesel knowledge a plus
