Some key responsibilities include:
Repair and maintain CNC & manual machinery and support equipment, including diagnosis of machine issues, complete disassembly, inspection and repair. Participate in complete machine rebuilds. Layout and machine replacement components as needed to complete equipment repairs. Check and correct machine alignments. Remove and install precision bearings. Coordinate projects as needed
Requirements:
Experience in the repair of CNC & manual machine tools preferred. Heavy industrial and mechanical equipment experience a plus. Technical education in Industrial Machine Repair, apprenticeship or similar education and experience preferred. Ability to undertake and complete projects with minimal supervision. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. Ability to climb, kneel, crawl and reach into different areas that need to be worked on.
