Core Responsibilities Configure, program, and run CNC milling and turning equipment to manufacture accurate parts. Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to guarantee precise fabrication. Observe equipment performance and perform necessary tweaks to help uphold our high-quality benchmarks. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve mechanical problems as they occur. Utilize precision gauges to verify that completed items align with project requirements. Work alongside colleagues to refine workflows and boost overall output efficiency. Uphold a tidy and structured workspace while strictly following all safety guidelines. Required Qualifications Demonstrated background working as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable capacity. Solid grasp of CNC configuration, programming, operation, and general machining techniques. Skilled at deciphering complex technical diagrams and blueprints. Hands-on experience utilizing precision measurement devices like micrometers and calipers. Capable of functioning both autonomously and collaboratively within a high-speed setting. Deep commitment to quality and a sharp focus on minute details. Effective interpersonal abilities and a proactive, optimistic mindset. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Troubleshooting Skills G-Code Tape Measure Reading M-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs
