Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our production team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in blueprint reading, and a passion for precision machining. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills and/or lathes to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. Base salary can be increased based on experience Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce custom parts to exact specifications Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders Program or modify CNC programs as needed using G-code or conversational controls Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools Monitor tooling wear, make offsets, and adjust feeds/speeds as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and follow safety protocols Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other machinists to optimize efficiency Document job progress, tooling changes, and dimensional inspections accurately Qualifications Minimum 4 years of CNC machining experience required Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and machine tool math Ability to work independently from blueprints and technical instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Trade school, technical certification, or formal apprenticeship is a plus
