Shift Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Pay:
$24.20/Hour Are you detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and looking for a stable career with a leading healthcare manufacturer? Join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and play a critical role in producing the labels used on life-saving diagnostic reagents that help healthcare professionals around the world make important patient care decisions. We are seeking reliable, quality-driven team members to join our Label Operations team. In this role, you'll use specialized equipment and computer systems to create and print product labels while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Available Shifts Option 1: Sunday

AM Training Requirement:
All new hires will train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM) for approximately 8 weeks.
Training may be completed sooner based on performance and speed of learning. What You'll Do Create and print labels for Beckman Coulter reagent products using computer-based systems and production equipment. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot labeling and packaging machinery. Ensure labels are accurate and meet strict quality standards. Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. Follow FDA, ISO, GMP, and company operating procedures. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process enhancements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and support teams to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar experience. Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a quality-focused environment. Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to work overnight hours and complete initial training on 1st shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments. Experience with labeling, packaging, machine operation, or production equipment. Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO-regulated processes. Experience maintaining production records or documentation. Employees spend most of their shift at a workstation operating labeling and production equipment while following strict quality and safety guidelines. Required PPE includes a smock, hairnet, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
