What You'll Do:
Identify any non-conforming products Build cages for molding Ensure proper parts are available to be used Place all parts and cut holes in proper orientation to mold set up Properly button the PC Wire Deliver cages to molding, both by hand and by crane Keep work area organized and clean, keeping safety first in mind Sort and organize baseplates Make certain that all parts are clean Make back up parts (example: tie wire, heads, top mount assemblies) Other duties as requested by supervisor
What You'll Need:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and drawing required to carry out the job Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to compute measurements of all base plates Knowledge in the different cage styles (example: taper) Knowledge in all the set ups of the button machine High School or better.
