1st shift Seat Assembly - Weekly Pay

Job Summary Focus Workforce Management is looking for 1st shift seat assemblers. As a Seat Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for assembling automotive seat components on a production line in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a focus on quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Assemble seat components including frames, cushions, covers, and electronic parts. Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment. Follow standardized work instructions and quality standards. Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects or non-conformance. Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to 5S principles. Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement activities. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately. Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 35 pounds. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and quality standards. Must pass a physical fitness test Working Conditions Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and repetitive motion. Temperature-controlled facility, but may vary with seasons. Shift 7:00 am to 3:45 pm
