Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Multi-head Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a commercial multi-head embroidery machine to produce high-quality embroidered products. Your expertise will ensure precise stitching, adherence to quality standards, and efficient workflow management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative garment and accessory production in a fast-paced environment, where your attention to detail and technical skills will make a significant impact. This is not a trainee position, and there will be a 30 day initial trial period. Responsibilities Operate and monitor multiple-head embroidery machine to ensure continuous production flow and optimal machine performance. Set up embroidery machine by installing hoops, needles, threads, and other necessary components according to design specifications. Adjust machine settings for different fabric materials, thread colors, and design complexities to achieve accurate embroidery results. Inspect finished products for quality standards in production, ensuring stitching accuracy, color consistency, and overall appearance. Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, threading, and troubleshooting mechanical issues promptly. Follow safety standards in production environments by adhering to proper machine operation procedures and using protective equipment as required. Requirements Proven experience operating multi-head commercial embroidery systems. Familiarity with measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure precision in embroidery placement. Strong awareness of safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe workspace. Competence in using measuring tools and fabric materials for accurate embroidery positioning.
