Overview Our client is seeking a Cut Thread Operator to manufacture steel products in an industrial production environment. The ideal candidate is highly productive, self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate cut-thread machinery to manufacture steel products. Read and accurately measure materials using a tape measure and micrometer. Make machinery adjustments throughout the workday to maintain production and quality. Follow production specifications and safety procedures. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs. Assist with other shop duties as needed. Skills and Experience Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required . Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use a micrometer. Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and productive. Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to the work environment.
