A Filling Machine Operator operates and maintains machinery which fills containers at a production or manufacturing facility, or a distribution hub. These machines may also seal and weigh the containers.

As a Bailorman, you will be part of the Operations / Production department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Second Shift (Typically 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with overtime as needed) What's the Job? Operate baling machinery safely and efficiently to process recyclable and scrap materials Load materials into balers following established procedures Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues Tie, weigh, label, and prepare bales for storage or shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring safety standards are met What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and weekends when required What's in it for me?
