Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Conformal Coating Operator to join a leading Company located in theHuntsville, ALsurrounding area. The Conformal Coating Operator will assist with masking and conformal coating operations for the purpose of providing environmental protection for printed circuit boards to ensure quality as specified in customer instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Conformal coating - including taping /masking product, washing product, and feeding boards to coating machine. + Touch up coat assembled boards. + Mechanical assembly as required. + Document quality issues and scan all boards in SAP. + Follow EHS guidelines: Safety glasses, proper lifting, and approved footwear. + Some overtime required.Basic Hiring Criteria:
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + N eed to have electronics and conformal coating experience . + Previous experience with touch up operating. + Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents. + Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. + Must be able to work without close supervision. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. + Commitment to safety and quality standards. This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements.
