Baler Operator Position Summary:

The Baler Operator will safely operate baling machinery to process recyclable and waste materials. This role involves sorting materials, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

Operate baler machinery safely and efficiently Load cardboard, plastic, paper, or other materials into baler Tie, stack, and move completed bales for storage or shipment Inspect materials for contamination or non-acceptable items Monitor equipment for jams or mechanical issues Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of baler equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed

Skills and Experience Requirements:
